New Retail & Dining Concepts Taking Shape in Downtown Rogers Downtown Rogers continues to see new additions, including the upcoming expansion of Ozark Charcuterie into a new space at First Street Flats. The locally owned business plans to bring a mix of specialty foods, wine, and retail offerings to the area. Openings like this are part of the steady momentum building in downtown Rogers as more small businesses and mixed-use developments take shape.
